ROLE: Marketing Coordinator
As the sole marketing coordinator, my goal is to make the practice feel approachable by focusing on four key areas:
Ensuring patients and referring providers have easy access to clear information about our physicians and services.
Fostering open communication between our office and referring providers.
Giving back to the community through outreach and engagement initiatives.
Streamlining our marketing efforts by maintaining consistent messaging and eliminating unnecessary expenses.
Strengthening Connections Across Oregon
I travel throughout Oregon to meet face-to-face with referring providers. These visits ensure that operations are running smoothly, and I address any concerns they may have.
I deliver tokens of appreciation for trusting us with their patients' health. In 2024, I chose high-quality items: Yeti 20oz tumblers during summer and Yeti wine tumblers for the holidays. This approach ensures our gratitude is both memorable and visible.
Community Outreach
I focus a significant portion of our marketing strategy on outreach. This approach fosters trust and highlights our commitment to the community.
Eugene Symphony
I coordinate our sponsorship for the opening night concert and refresh our ad to ensure it aligns with our brand and messaging.
Eugene Ballet
I collaborate with the Ballet to customize and organize our first year as a sponsor, reviving their outreach program that brings performances to senior living communities. This initiative ensures that residents who are unable to travel can still experience the joy of the Ballet.
Eugene Science Center
I spearhead OEC Retina's sponsorship of the Lights and Lasers exhibit, a dynamic installation that is part of the center for the next five years.
